Patricia Chavez, R.N.P.
Patricia Chavez is a Registered Nurse Practitioner who, under the supervision of Dr. Kosins, can make evaluations and prescribe medications. She has worked with Dr. Kosins for over 4 years. She enjoys working with all ages and is very good with young adults, especially women.
Jacqueline Bredehoft, PMHNP
Jacqueline Bredehoft is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, who also provides Psychotherapy, in addition to Initial Evaluations and Medication Follow-up visits. Jackie enjoys working with all ages, especially children and adolescents and women.

David Lipsitz, PhD
David Lipsitz, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist who does psychological testing, is great with teenagers and works with family problems. In addition, "Dr. Dave" understands the rules and regulations regarding accommodations in the classroom for children with ADD/ADHD and/or learning disabilities.
Simon Andrew Casey, PhD Assistant
Andrew Casey is a Psych Assistant and a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CDAC), who also specializes in eating disorders, runs a variety of therapy groups and works with children, adolescents and adult patients. Dr. Casey also runs Med Pro Treatment Centers, a facility that helps treat adults and adolescents with drug, alcohol and mental problems (in or outpatient services available). Dr. Casey has been working in the field of chemical dependency for over twenty years. He is also a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. He has established multiple eating disorder programs. Dr. Casey can also provide EEG, Neuro-feedback Testing for children with ADD/ADHD related problems.
Esther Boehne Sellers, PhD
Dr. Sellers is a licensed clinical psychologist with a Master's of Art Degree in Counseling and a Master's of Science Degree in Psychiatric Nursing, and has additional corresponding licenses (MFCC, RNCS). Dr. Sellers works with almost all ages, over seven years old. Though she has some experience with substance abuse cases, she prefers to work mostly with co-morbidity and dual-diagnosis, more serious illnesses, affective disorders and family and marital crises. She also performs minimal testing. Dr. Sellers has a long history as a clinician, educator and administrator. She accepts several insurances and can see clients either on a long or a short term basis. Her additional interests include travel and has been to different countries all over the world.
Melissa Wilson, LMFT
Melissa Wilson has a Master's of Art Degree in Counseling Psychology. She has worked for over six years with the severely mentally ill, including those diagnosed with Depression, Major Depression, Schizophrenia, Bi-polar Disorder, and many client who have been sexually abused. She has also worked with battered women at Human Options, a shelter for abused women. Ms. Wilson has also worked at Teens at Horizon, a continuation school for adolescents. She has worked with many individuals regarding interpersonal issues and most recently has been working with grief and loss in many aspects of life. Ms. Wilson has also gained experience working with substance abuse and chemical dependency. Though Ms. Wilson has some experience with children, she prefers to work with adults and adolescents.
Alisa Huntington, LMFT
Alisa Huntington is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in substance abuse, adoption related issues, depression and anxiety. Though she has an extensive background working with children and adolescents, she also works with adults and couples. She works with persons diagnosed with ADD/ADHD, learning disabilities, behavioral and social problems. Miss Huntington is bi-lingual in Spanish and provides therapy to individuals and families from multicultural backgrounds. She also accepts some insurances.

Charlotte Sestito has been with Dr. Kosins and Affiliated Psychiatric Medical Group, Inc for over 5 years. She is always willing to listen to your problems and concerns and will do her best to make sure you receive the care you need.
Susan Villasenor, Assistant Office Manager
Susan Villasenor has been with our group for over three years. Susan is always willing to work with our clients and their insurance companies, filling out prior authorization forms, etc., to insure that medications prescribed to clients are covered.
